JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Manages Executive's daily activities, overall schedules, and commitments including handling announcements, cascading instructions, filing and safekeeping of confidential/non-confidential documents, managing financials, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Communicates the direction of the management and its goals to the team being managed.
Assigns and monitors the tasks and assignments of direct reports of the Executive based on needs of the department and criticality which includes ensuring compliance to set work scope.
In charge of records keeping and management of confidential documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any 4-year course
At least 3-5 years of related experience
Working knowledge of MS Office application
Good organization skills
Able to work with minimal supervision, smart, and able to work under pressure
