Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive. This role ensures the executive’s time is optimized, priorities are managed, and key initiatives move forward. The EA acts as the primary point of contact for all internal and external matters related to the executive and serves as a trusted partner in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, and resolving conflicts.
- Prioritize incoming requests and communications; serve as a gatekeeper to ensure efficient use of the executive’s time.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
