Hitch is a fast-growing fintech startup building infrastructure for home equity and non-QM mortgage lending. We work with major U.S. lenders and are scaling quickly.


We’re hiring an Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to work directly with our CEO and help build the internal systems that keep the company running.


This is a high-ownership role combining executive support, people operations, and company operations .


What you’ll do:

• Manage CEO inbox and communications

• Draft and respond to executive-level emails and messages

• Coordinate scheduling and priorities

• Run onboarding/offboarding for employees and contractors

• Build internal documentation and processes

• Support HR, vendors, and company operations

• Improve workflows and operational systems


Requirements:

Fluent / near-native English (required)
