Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, advanced computer proficiency, and outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, tasks, and business communications.
Coordinate and follow up on assigned tasks, projects, and instructions given by the CEO.
Monitor ongoing operations, workflows, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and official documentation.
Handle coordination with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Track progress of tasks, updates, and operational requirements across departments
