• Maintain confidential records, contracts, and correspondence in shared systems
• Support process improvements for scheduling, document control, and executive workflows
• Coordinate candidate and client interviews with discretion and precision
• Own inbox triage and stakeholder communication to protect executive focus time
• Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow -up notes with clear action tracking
