- Manage the Senator’s calendar, travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses
- Prioritize daily workflows, and prepare briefing materials and agendas
- Oversee inboxes, invitations, and meeting requests
- Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and contact lists
- Track deadlines, approvals, and office administration tasks
Office Coordination & Operations
- Facilitate daily operations and logistics for meetings and events
- Liaise with internal and external offices regarding scheduling
- Ensure materials and documents are accurate and produced on time
- Support onboarding and coordination of interns, students, and visitors
- Maintain organized systems and administrative processes
