Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Senator’s calendar, travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses
  • Prioritize daily workflows, and prepare briefing materials and agendas
  • Oversee inboxes, invitations, and meeting requests
  • Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and contact lists
  • Track deadlines, approvals, and office administration tasks

Office Coordination & Operations

  • Facilitate daily operations and logistics for meetings and events
  • Liaise with internal and external offices regarding scheduling
  • Ensure materials and documents are accurate and produced on time
  • Support onboarding and coordination of interns, students, and visitors
  • Maintain organized systems and administrative processes
