Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism.
  • Assist in planning and organizing internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and projects on behalf of the executive.
