Description We are looking for an experienced and dependable Executive Assistant to provide broad support to a home office in Newport Beach, California. This position combines executive scheduling, travel coordination, bookkeeping assistance, property-related administration, and personal support in a hybrid environment. It is a part-time contract opportunity expected to begin as a 3-month engagement with the possibility of becoming a long-term role.
