About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven real estate environment.
This role requires exceptional judgment, proactive ownership, and the ability to operate as a true strategic partner to the executive. The ideal candidate understands real estate workflows, protects executive time, anticipates challenges before they arise, and confidently manages high-level priorities.
This position requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours and advanced professional English communication (minimum B2+, executive-level fluency expected).
Experience supporting leaders in real estate or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
