Correspondence, Meeting & Diary Management

  • Manage correspondence and calendars using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactively monitor and adjust schedules, resolve clashes, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand key stakeholder priorities and reflect them in effective diary planning.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes when required.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including travel-related documentation and expense tasks.
  • Provide support for internal and external event planning and execution.

Operational Management & Reporting

  • Ensure timesheets, expense claims, and time/expense transfers are completed accurately and on time.
  • Process WIP/CRM reports as part of financial and operational reporting.
