The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative support to the Director, managing schedules, communications, and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes when required.
Organize and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
