Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our Sales Representatives and help transform Australian family lives.

All leads are inbound and generated through our extensive advertising program. You will join our in-house Sales Support Team, working closely with a Sales Representative (Solutioneer) to manage their pipeline, follow up enquiries, and keep their day running smoothly.

Experience supporting sales teams or working in a customer-facing role within Australian businesses is highly regarded. You will also be comfortable learning to use our configurator software to tailor solutions for customers and generating accurate customer proposals and supporting documentation. While direct sales experience is not essential, we provide full product and process training so you feel confident understanding our offering and how the sales journey works.
