Our client located in Markham requires an Executive Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems (both digital and paper-based).
- Review and prepare business documentation, reports, resolutions, and executive presentations.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual financial documentation.
- Act as custodian of confidential legal and organizational records.
