Functions
- Answering phone calls, attending to visits, managing meeting room reservations.
- Executive support: agenda management, coordinating meetings and events.
- Using Microsoft Office to handle Excel files, PPT presentations, Word documents, etc.
- Managing agendas and possible trips as well as resolving any potential incidents.
- Invoicing: managing purchase orders, following up on invoices, liaising with the accounting department, etc.
