Functions

  • Answering phone calls, attending to visits, managing meeting room reservations.
  • Executive support: agenda management, coordinating meetings and events.
  • Using Microsoft Office to handle Excel files, PPT presentations, Word documents, etc.
  • Managing agendas and possible trips as well as resolving any potential incidents.
  • Invoicing: managing purchase orders, following up on invoices, liaising with the accounting department, etc.
