Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executive's inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper prioritization of messages
  • Handle communications with external partners, including contract manufacturers and business contacts
  • Conduct light outbound outreach via email and SMS (e.g., following up with leads and partners)
  • Manage and maintain the inbox of an additional executive
  • Oversee communications with onboarding SMS clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional messaging
  • Track conversations, follow-ups, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
