Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive's inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper prioritization of messages
- Handle communications with external partners, including contract manufacturers and business contacts
- Conduct light outbound outreach via email and SMS (e.g., following up with leads and partners)
- Manage and maintain the inbox of an additional executive
- Oversee communications with onboarding SMS clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional messaging
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
