About the Position:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a trusted strategic partner who enables the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires strong judgment, anticipation, and the ability to manage complexity with discretion and precision.
Reporting directly to SingleStore's CEO, you will support a broad range of responsibilities including executive calendar and travel management, internal and external communications, event coordination, and select project management. You will work closely with senior leaders, the Board, and external stakeholders, playing a critical role in the rhythm and execution of the CEO's priorities.
