Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Lahore. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing expense reports, and providing executive-level support. Key tasks include coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, managing office operations, preparing documents, and supporting leadership with administrative and communication needs.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance.
Experience in managing Expense Reports and handling other financial tasks efficiently.
Proven skills in providing Executive Support and managing leadership-level responsibilities.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
