Job Description

Responsible for ensuring high-level confidential administrative support, effective coordination, planning and follow-up on all commitments of the technology executive leadership team. Prioritize meetings by organizing calendars, effective communication with all departments of Fatima Group, vendors and other sites of Fatima Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, design and schedule meetings and prioritize appointments.
  • Draft mails, meeting notes, action items and followups for status
  • Schedule departmental meetings or any other calendar events.
  • Organize departmental documents and ensure confidentiality
  • Manage all sort of payments/ advances.
  • Making travel and logistics arrangements and coordination, whenever needed.
  • Generation of all sorts of IT department purchase requisitions
  • Follow up on Finance/Supply Chain for the completion and delivery of items
