- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow for the Director.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
2. Meeting Coordination
- Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and reviews.
- Record minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
