Managing day to day of CEO office operations, incl:
  • Booking hotels, flights, arranging meetings
  • Managing correspondence of CEO
  • Greeting guests
  • Filing expense reports
  • In addition, possible duties:
  • Buying office supplies
  • Some HR responsibilities

    Computer Skills: Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word.
    Native speaker of English, Hebrew is not a must at all, must have very good writing/ email skills
