Job Description

Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Sales Leadership team, with various day to day administrative and clerical functions including, but not limited to, setting up meetings, maintaining office supplies, maintaining records and reports, coordinating department functions, and communicates with all levels of the organization internally, as well as external communication. Work along with the team to ensure customer satisfaction, goal achievement and long-term business goals in line with D&Hs vision and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales leadership team.
  • Internal project coordination across multiple departments and field associates.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite extensively including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Assist other departments when interfacing with Sales.
