Job Description
This hybrid role combines the strategic functions of Executive Assistant with those of Executive Engagement. The professional will act as the right hand of senior leadership (President and/or Directors), ensuring the efficiency of executive routines and directly supporting the management of relationships and communication with key clients, delivering a high‑value experience aligned with Oracle’s strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and organize senior leadership’s schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings, corporate events, and strategic commitments with clients.
- Support the planning, coordination, and prioritization of executive contact flow with strategic clients, including scheduling, travel bookings, preparation, and follow‑up tracking.
