Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key liaison between the president, executives, and internal departments, supporting decision‑making and ensuring clear communication while maintaining credibility, trust, and confidentiality
  • Act as a central point of coordination between the President, Executive Leadership Team, and internal departments to ensure alignment and follow‑through
  • Manage and optimize executive calendars, proactively prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, virtual conferencing, catering, and preparation of meeting materials; attend meetings and record minutes as required
  • Arrange complex travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and meeting spaces
  • Submit company credit card reconciliations, expense claims, and health claims for executives and obtain approvals for their direct reports
