Skills & Qualifications

·    MBA is must and should be from a reputed institution such as IIM, NMIMS, MDI, XL, IIFT or IITs.

·    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.

·    1–2 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar roles.
