Our client is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination for executives

+ Arrange travel, itineraries, and expense reporting

+ Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials

+ Screen calls, emails, and requests, and prioritize communications appropriately

+ Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external contacts

+ Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects

+ Maintain confidential records and sensitive information

+ Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
