Sobre nuestro cliente Global Organizational firm Descripción - Provide high-level administrative support to consultants, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and confidential correspondence. - Coordinate all logistics for client and candidate interactions, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of materials. - Support business development efforts by preparing pitch materials, organizing events, and tracking key client activities. - Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage priorities proactively. - Ensure a high standard of professionalism and discretion when interacting with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
