Job Description
I am looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant whose superpower is Top-of-Funnel Sales Development (SDR).
I don't just need my calendar managed; I need someone who actively helps drive revenue.
I have a list builder providing raw data. You will support that process as needed, then set up/manage email campaigns and triage my inbox so I can focus on closing deals and building AI infrastructure.
What you will do (5 hours/week to start - will grow with the business):
Outbound Execution: Load lead lists into our sending tools (Apollo/Instantly), personalize templates, and launch outreach campaigns.
Inbox Triage: Monitor replies. Handle soft rejections, follow up with maybe laters, and flag warm leads for me to close.
Intel & Research: Curate weekly AI news for my LinkedIn content and identify high-value industry events/webinars for me to attend.
Founder Support: Handle calendar bookings and act on voice-note instructions to keep the business moving whil...
