  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and related administrative tasks
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including compiling agendas and capturing action items
  • Support office operations and special projects as assigned
