Job Description
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the executive
- Prioritize and filter incoming requests to optimize the executive's time
- Ensure effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day workflow
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-Level roles
- Strong background in large, multinational or highly structured corporate environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills
