We are hiring an Executive Assistant as part of a team expansion.
This is not a high-volume Customer Service Representative role. The position focuses on executive and administrative support, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and operational coordination.
The Executive Assistant will report directly to Melissa and collaborate closely with nearly all team members. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a construction environment.
