Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of invoices, adjustments sent to customers including preparation of reports
  • Analyse and provide solution paths for exceptional scenarios
  • Analyse and tabulate the adjustments
  • Test new initiatives that may be introduced into the various systems
  • Process daily bill check/refund
  • Any other project work that may be assigned
  • May be requested to work overtime or/and weekend when required
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6 pm
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
