Job Description

LHH is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant for a company located in Bethesda, MD. This is a 2–3 month assignment supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role is 5 days onsite. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting C-level executives and demonstrate strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, including complex calendar management and scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and develop presentation materials
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
