JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in supporting the CEO by managing daily operations, organizing priorities, and ensuring smooth execution of business initiatives.
The CEO is highly visionary and idea-driven, and this role acts as the operational backbone—bringing structure, clarity, and accountability. The EA will manage the CEO’s calendar, convert ideas into actionable tasks, track projects, and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution, while strictly protecting the CEO’s time for strategic work, research, and learning.
KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate enjoys structure, details, and processes and stays calm in fast-paced environments. They proactively anticipate needs and resolve issues before they reach the CEO.
