Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in empowering General Managers to effectively deliver on their responsibilities and goals by working closely with senior leaders and the Executive Assistant Network to enable operational and administrative effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Effective diary management including screening meeting requests from internal and external stakeholders, negotiating scheduling times and resolving diary clashes in a way which facilitates optimal use of the General Managers’ time.

  • Light inbox monitoring for the General Managers to support informed decision making and planning, including notification of urgent emails and time-sensitive priorities.

  • Provide onboarding and offboarding logistical support for direct report team members of General Managers.
