Amazon Leo Legal is seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors within the Amazon Leo Legal team. As an Executive Assistant, you will will collaborate with various business partners in associated departments, as well as other Executive Assistants across the multiple global stakeholder teams within the organization.
You will proactively streamline their leaders' calendars, enabling efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires operating in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment with the ability to pivot quickly and act with minimal guidance. The role also requires managing highly complex and fluid calendaring needs, including team-wide Amazon Leo Legal events, with speed, precision, and strong judgment.
