Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Assistance to High Management Staff.
  • Assist and provide follow up to various issues at the same time.
  • Coordinate the Schedule.
  • Elaboration of EPRs.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms for conferences and various uses.
  • Coordinate the logistics of visits from Customers and various visitors (reservations at hotels, restaurants, transportation, etc.).
  • Concur expense reports.
  • Quoting and follow up of TAs in Concur.
