About the Job Executive Assistant [0128] Nonprofit association seeks an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for CEO. Responsibilities: Partner closely with CEO to maintain awareness of upcoming commitments and support the execution of CEO-led initiatives and projects. Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling, including meeting preparation and coordination. Coordinate all travel and logistics, including transportation, lodging, itineraries, briefing materials, and expense management and reimbursement. Monitor and manage executive correspondence. Develop presentation materials, talking points, and PowerPoints. Coordinate planning and logistics for events and engagements, including virtual events and quarterly luncheons. Create and maintain organized filing systems, databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools; monitor cross-departmental projects and follow up as needed.
