Job Description
The Executive Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Executive Office, ensuring the efficient coordination of daily operations and supporting the EO Admin Sr. Manager, President, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, itineraries, and related documentation.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize confidential records, reports, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, visitors, and inquiries.
- Support departmental projects, meetings, conferences, and special initiatives.
- Oversee office administration, including inventory management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
