Executive Assistant | E-commerce Operations & Customer Support (Remote, Full-Time)

We're hiring a
Full-Time Executive Assistant
to support daily operations for a growing
e-commerce business
. This role is ideal for someone experienced in
e-commerce store management

customer service
, and
administrative support
who takes initiative and thrives in a remote environment.

Location:
Remote I Pacific Time Zone

Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Rate:
$7/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day
    e-commerce store operations
  • Provide
    customer support
    via email and chat
  • Track, organize, and
    follow up on estimates, orders, and pending requests
  • Assist with
    executive and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
