Overview

Our growing Toronto client is looking for a proven Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of related experience, preferably within a publicly traded company. You will support the CEO and CFO of a large healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level confidential administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange & coordinate meetings/events (Board retreats, management dinners, etc.)
  • Coordinate materials and communications for the trustees and board
  • Screen CEO’s emails and professionally compose replies/correspondence on behalf of the CEO when required
  • Approve and release wire payments on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare reports, presentations and memos when required
