Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant supporting leadeship at a University.
Schedule: ~20 hours/week (weekday mornings preferred)
Work Environment: Primarily remote (occasional onsite 1–2x/month or for events)
Overview:
Seeking a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant to support leadership, including executive-level stakeholders. This role provides a mix of executive support, event coordination, onboarding assistance, and day-to-day administrative support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate recurring meetings (leadership, department, and team meetings)

+ Manage logistics for quarterly all-hands events (in-person, hybrid, virtual)

+ Support event planning (venues, catering, materials, communication, coordination)

+ Assist with onboarding processes for new hires

+ Process invoices, expense reports, and handle ordering (supplies, food, etc.)
