Role Summary

The Executive Administrator – Client Engagement & Engineering provides high-level administrative and operational support to client-facing and engineering teams. This role is designed to enable teams to focus on high-value technical and strategic work by shifting administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks to the Executive Administrator. The role ensures smooth workflows, organized communication, and efficient execution across teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules for Client Engagement and Engineering leaders.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of projects, contracts, proposals, and technical files.
