Job Description

The Execution Specialist reports to the Head of Execution in Ukraine and supports ADM contract’s execution in Ukraine.
The key goals are:

  • To make/control proper/timely execution of export contracts by vessel and containers
  • To contact with buyers, traders, accounting, surveyors, agents, freight forwarders, terminals and carriers about execution matters
    • Job Responsibilities
  • Export contracts execution (SFO, SFM) by vessels and containers
  • Vessel nominations, doc instructions, cargo docs checking/confirming/delivery
  • Invoicing buyers, shipping documents checking
  • Service invoices paying
    • Job Requirements
  • Higher education, preferably economic/logistics
  • At least 1 year experience in execution
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability for cross-functional team work
  • Advanced/fluent English
  • Result-oriented workstyle
