Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Analysis and coordination to ensure product availability by managing order reference files, updating short-term and long-term forecasts, allocation plans, and coordinating with local and regional teams to support order replenishment.
  • Leads S&OE to align supply outlooks, track NPL readiness, and mitigate excess risks.
  • Prepares IBP input on fill rate, availability, and excess for data-driven regional decisions.
  • Consolidates and validates retailer data to monitor SKU trends and support demand planning.
  • Generates monthly volume and rolling 3/6 month volume estimates for supply chain visibility and third-party collaboration, e.g APAC Hub
  • Managing Phase In- Phase Out SKU Transition (continuous life, discontinuation, limited life) and monitoring readiness of product with specific promotional activity, e.g Holiday/ High Traffic moment
