Excursion Manager

MTS Globe Tunisia is looking for an Excursion Manager to support the development and coordination of its excursions business.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and update excursion offers.


• Coordinate with field teams and operational stakeholders.


• Track operational performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure information accuracy and consistency.

Profile

• Experience as a Tourist Representative, Excursion Representative, Tour Guide, or in a similar tourism-related role.


• Strong knowledge of excursions and destination operations.


• Comfortable using modern digital tools and technology-driven solutions.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.


• Fluent in English.
