Job Summary:
Exchange Engineer provides operational support for Windows Exchange Servers and Office365 tenants that deliver services for the organization's environment. Support the process of vulnerability management to ensure a secure and stable environment. Participate in operational ticket management including helping end users, completing requests, and changes. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Work closely with vendors to resolve user and production issues.
Participate in operational support and on-call for a large enterprise messaging environment.
Troubleshoot Exchange on-premises servers and M365 messaging resources.
Generate operational documentation including change management paperwork
Maintain high morale to go above and beyond the minimum requirements
