We are looking for an Exchange Engineer to provide operational support for Exchange On-Premise and Microsoft 365 environments. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, supporting end users, handling incident and request tickets, and ensuring a secure and stable messaging environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for Exchange On-Premise and Microsoft 365 environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve messaging-related issues for users and production systems.
Work closely with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in on-call support for a large enterprise messaging environment.
Manage incident, request, and change tickets through a ticketing system.
Produce technical and operational documentation, including change management records.
