Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for
    Exchange On-Premises
    and
    Microsoft 365 (M365) messaging services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mail flow, Exchange servers, and M365 resources
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve user and production issues
  • Participate in
    on-call support rotation
    for a large enterprise messaging environment
  • Manage operational tickets, including incident resolution, service requests, and changes
  • Support vulnerability management activities to maintain a secure messaging environment
  • Produce and maintain technical, operational, and change management documentation
  • Support release deployments in a
    24x7 operations environment

  • Provide support for ancillary messaging solutions such as:
  • Mobile device management
  • Faxing solutions
