Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for
Exchange On-Premises
and
Microsoft 365 (M365) messaging services - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mail flow, Exchange servers, and M365 resources
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve user and production issues
- Participate in
on-call support rotation
for a large enterprise messaging environment - Manage operational tickets, including incident resolution, service requests, and changes
- Support vulnerability management activities to maintain a secure messaging environment
- Produce and maintain technical, operational, and change management documentation
- Support release deployments in a
24x7 operations environment
