Excavator Operator / Earthworks Worker

Overview

We are seeking an Earthworks Worker to join our construction team in the Turku area. This full‑time, outdoor role involves earthmoving tasks such as cable trenching, foundation digging, and pipe installation support.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable trenching, foundation digging, and other earth moving tasks using hand tools and machinery.
• Assist with pipe installation and groundwork construction, including positioning and laying pipes.
• Operate a compactor, laser level, and other equipment to check elevations and levelness.
• Work as part of a professional construction team during weekdays, 7:00–17:00 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in earthmoving or foundation work.
• Proficiency with pipe laser and level equipment, and basic pipe installation knowledge.
• Energetic work attitude and good physical condition.
• Valid safety card and Tieturva1 card.
