Job Description

PeopleCert is currently looking for an Exams Assistant who will join our Exams Team.


As an Exams Assistant your tasks may include the following:

  • Managing incoming emails and requests regarding exams
  • Collecting, checking exam applications and handling candidates’ registration
  • Supporting in the exams’ scheduling
  • Assisting in preparation of the exam material, exam equipment and other test components required for the exam date and monitoring delivery to the Examination Venues
  • Contacting external partners (Invigilators, Supervisors) and assigning them specific agreed tasks
  • Working effectively within a team and liaising with other teams to get the job done and reach the best possible results
  • Adhering to and implementing the procedures, policies and work instructions as per the PeopleCert’s Integrated Management System.
